Return Process

  Log into your customer account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized collection point or post office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our clean beauty experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
